Robbed off livelihood and as their houses are burnt down, at least twenty Hindu families in Chittagong’s Malipara area are living under sky. While the state held the responsibility to stand beside the victims offering them with shelter, Yunus regime refrained from offering any help, exacerbating their ordeals.
The deprivation of basic needs for these families adds to the ongoing minority persecution including killing, looting and jailing minority rights activists for last past seven months meticulously overseen by Yunus, a stark contrast to previous claim of promoting harmony.
